Eric Habig has spent 25 years in personal injury litigation. Initially, he spent 18 years defending large trucking and logistics companies in catastrophic loss cases. However, in 2017, he switched to representing plaintiffs, passionately fighting for those injured due to negligence.

Eric has extensive trial experience, having taken dozens of cases to State and Federal courts. He handles cases in Indiana, the Midwest, and nationwide. Skilled in litigation, he also excels in mediation, arbitration, and other dispute resolution methods.

His practice areas include trucking collisions, wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, brain injuries, car collisions, slip and falls, medical malpractice, and defective products. Eric is licensed to practice in all Indiana State and Federal courts and has received temporary admissions in other states as needed. He has been recognized by Super Lawyers.

Born and raised in Indianapolis, Eric graduated from Greenwood High School, DePauw University, and earned his Juris Doctorate from Indiana University McKinney School of Law. He began his legal career as a clerk during law school.

Eric lives in Greenwood with his wife Jane and their three children. He enjoys supporting his kids’ sports and music events and occasionally playing golf. Dedicated to his community, Eric’s firm sponsors athletic and school events throughout Central and Southern Indiana.
