Tim Cochren, a native of a small town in Southern Indiana, learned the values of hard work, honesty, and community support early in life. After swiftly earning a coveted partnership at the largest transportation law firm in the United States, Tim chose to return to Southern Indiana to fulfill his passion for helping individuals facing life-altering injuries, wrongful death, and medical malpractice.

Tim believes that those affected by serious injuries deserve compassion, trusted guidance, and a dedicated advocate. He understands that the American jury system is often the only way for his clients to hold insurance companies and large corporations financially accountable. Tim is prepared to take cases to trial when fair settlements are not offered, always prioritizing his clients’ best interests. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his wife, Cassey, their three-year-old son, and their foster children on their property in Greene County, Indiana. The Cochren family values the privilege of sharing their home and love with foster children. They enjoy outdoor activities such as hiking, fishing, camping, playing sports, and traveling. Tim and his family are also active members of their church and community.
